We offer consultation and management services to your brand for a fixed fee, plus an incentive based on agreed KPIs. The brand invests in market development with full funding and maintains 100% control over its local market operations.

Joint Investment

The brand contributes to product localization, marketing, and capex, while we commit capital and management.
